Proposals are now closed:
The window to propose panels closed on 31 July 2025.
As of 04 August 2025, the proposals have been sent to the committee for review.
Accepted panels will be announced by October 1st 2025.
Please remember that:
You can appear up to three times in the programme: once as panel convenor, once as a presenter and once engaged in a presentation in a non-traditional format.
And that, in submitting a panel proposal you and your fellow convenors are also agreeing to decide upon all submissions to your panel by December 19th2025.
