Submitting a panel proposal

POLLEN Conference 2026

In order to submit a proposal, you will need to create a conference account.

This account will allow you to view important conference information, including the status of your proposal. An account will be needed for registration at the conference if your proposal is accepted. The email address used to create the account will be the one used to contact you about your proposal.

When you have created an account then to submit a proposal please go to this page

  • Title for the proposal (up to 200 characters)
  • Abstract for the full detail of the proposal (up to 300 words)
  • At least 2 convenors, this can be yourself and one other or more, up to a total of 5 convenors per proposal. Multiple convenors are required in order to ensure the panel proceeds as planned in case one of the convenors is unable to attend.
  • For each convenor you will need the following details: First/Given Name(s), Family/Surname(s), Institution/Affilliation & Email address.
