Dear Community:
Next week we will hand over the POLLEN Secretariat to our colleagues at the Institute of Environmental Science and Technology (ICTA), of the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB) in Spain.
We have enjoyed interacting with this amazing community for the past two years, keeping this network connected through our social media, through our monthly newsletters and at the POLLEN24 Conference. Although the secretariat is moving to a new home, we will stay in touch with all of you and continue to contribute to POLLEN as an active member of the network.
The Institute of Environmental Science and Technology (ICTA-UAB) is a multidisciplinary centre that promotes academic research and postgraduate training in environmental sciences. It aims to improve our understanding of global environmental change and the nature and causes of environmental problems. It also studies policies, strategies and technologies to foster the transition to a sustainable economy. Political ecology is central to the work of many ICTA-UAB researchers, who are delighted to be hosting the POLLEN Secretariat for the next two years. We are confident that they will contribute further to the development of the network and maintain the commitment of its members.
