Conference fees

The conference is organised as a face-to-face event and any online participation will be organised by the convenors of individual panels. The conference organisers will not be supporting online elements.

There are various categories for registration, please read these carefully and choose the category that most appropriately applies to yourself.

  • Solidarity registration: €450
For those from well resourced institutions who are able, the solidarity rate contributes to the available delegate assistance funding for POLLEN2026. The more solidarity registrations there are, the more we can support delegates with fewer resources to attend.
  • Standard registration: €360
  • Student registration: €180
Concession rate for current students without strong institutional support.
  • Concession countries registration: €100
Concession rate for those attending from low- or middle-income countries without good institutional support.
  • Concession countries Student registration: €50
Concession rate for students attending from low- or middle-income countries without goodinstitutional support.
  • Day registration(1 day only): €140 – Will be available after the panels have been scheduled, which will be announced via email. (Estimated to be first week of March)
What is included?

Registration fees include a drinks reception, 7 Coffee & tea breaks and access to all sessions and events.
The conference is organised as a face-to-face event only, please note that lunch will not be provided at POLLEN2026 as our venues cannot cater for so many people.

POLLEN hopes to limit the financial barrier to attending the conference as much as possible. If your institution is well resourced, we encourage you to please register with the solidarity rate as all surplus will be used to support attendance by other presenters who need the assistance.

Delegate assistance: Call for funding

The call for funding is now open.
Those with accepted content who require assistance with travel, accommodation & registration costs in order to attend the conference can apply for funding from 10 February until 25 March.

We aim to announce the results of the call for funding on 8 April.

The number of applications received is likely to be much greater than we can assist. With the continued economic downturn and deterioration in institutional funding, we envisage competition will be significant, so we advise to continue looking for alternate sources of funding alongside this.

Cancelling your registration

Cancellations more than four weeks before the conference (29 May) will be refunded, less a fee of €70 to cover administrative costs. Cancellations after that point will not be offered a refund,.
If you are unhappy with the ‘product/service’ you have paid for please email pollen(at)nomadit.co.uk.
